About this model
Overview
The 2000-I is a non-catalytic wood insert with a 2.4 cubic foot firebox and a 17 1/8 by 10 1/4 inch ceramic window. Its minimum opening depth of 15 3/4 inches is the shallowest here, which makes it the model to look at when an older fireplace is not especially deep.
Published figures are 72% HHV efficiency and 2.3 g/hr particulate emissions under EPA 2020 cordwood certification, with up to 2,100 sq ft of heating area and an 8-hour maximum burn time. The blower is a 144 CFM variable-speed unit with a rheostat and automatic start, and the face is finished with a regular or large faceplate in black or brushed nickel.
