Choose your service

Open the calculator that matches the work you are considering.

02
Add your project details

Answer the questions about your home, equipment or the scope of the work.

03
Review your next step

Use the estimate to plan your budget, then contact Brown Chimney to confirm the work required.

Online estimates depend on the information you provide. Measurements, access and conditions found on site can affect the final quote. Review each calculator's inclusions and exclusions.

Not sure which calculator fits your project?

You do not need to identify the exact repair before getting in touch. Tell us what you have noticed, and we can help you choose the next step. An inspection can establish the condition of your chimney before repair work is planned.

Questions about our cost calculators

Are the cost calculators free to use?+

Yes. Every calculator is free and the estimate appears on screen as you answer — no email address is needed to see it. The booking form underneath is a separate step, there for when you have seen the figure and want to go ahead.

Is my calculator result a final quote?+

No. It is an estimate based on the answers you give, drawn from the same price book our crews work from. The final figure is confirmed on site after a free visual assessment, because measurements, access and conditions found at the property can change the scope.

What if I need more than one service?+

Run each calculator separately to see what the individual pieces cost, then mention all of them when you get in touch. Some jobs are more efficient combined into one visit — a sweep alongside an inspection, or a crown repair at the same time as a new cap — and we can price them together.

Can I book an inspection if I do not know what is wrong?+

Yes, and it is often the sensible first step. Describe what you have noticed — a smell, a stain, a draught, a noise — and an inspection will establish the condition of the chimney before any repair is planned. The inspection fee is credited toward repair work you book with us.
